Ponds & Water Features |
Here are a few pictures from a home in Paxtonville in which we reinstalled their water it a nice eye catching appearance to the front of their home. The tub is designed with a shelve on and have them grow up and onto the top of the water. This set-up is very easy to maintain, one tablet a month and one tablespoon of chemicals if the water begins to cloud up. The fountain pump shut-off at 7 pm. |
Below are a few pictures from a home located near Strodes Mills, in which we had to drain an existing by Firestone with a 25 year warranty. We added a new skimmer box with an overflow pipe and pump. We them in on top of the liner to give the liner a natural look. We then rebuilt the waterfall to have a fall into the water to create a natural aeration for the fish to survive. We did install an electric aerator in the water due in large part to the large number of fish that are living in this pond. Very natural looking pond that will be as low maintenance as a pond can be. |
Below are a few photos of a pond we did. WE used the loader to excavate the area out for the pond. We then hauled in clay fill to help sculpt and re-enforce the sides of the pond. We then hauled in sand and placed it every where the double woven fabric touched it. For this pond due to the large size I custom ordered a pond kit to fit the size of this pond. We then installed a 40 mil. Liner made by Firestone with a 25 year warranty. We added a the skimmer box with an overflow pipe and pump. We then added a new under water light. We then hand picked rocks from their property to ensure a nature look for their area to be used around their pond sides. We then hauled in 2 b sized river stone and put them in on top of the liner to give the liner a natural look. We then rebuilt the waterfall to have a fall into the water to create a natural aeration for the fish to survive. This waterfall is about 4.5 feet across. Very natural looking pond that will be as low maintenance as a pond can be. |
Below are a few Before and after photos of a pond we did in Juniata County. We used the mini-excavator to excavate the area out for the pond. We then hauled in sand and placed it around the shape of the pond. We then placed a double wooven textile fabric down between the sand and the new Firestone Liner. For this pond due to the descent size I custom ordered a pond kit to fit the size of this pond. We then installed a 40 mil. Liner made by Firestone with a 25 year warranty. We added a the skimmer box with an overflow pipe and pump. We then added a new under water lights.
