| This is a Home Located in Yeagertown, in which we along with the customer designed a Concrete patio for the Hot Tub, and two patio areas separated with retaining walls. We installed the patios and walls to add a new seating area, cooking area and a new area for the Hot Tub. The retaining walls are made from a 6" Straight Faced Rockwood Block, Granite Swirl in color. The pavers are from Hanson and are Conestoga Buff in Color. The pavers were laid in a Random four stone pattern with a matching color border course. We then used a grey polymeric sand to fill in the paver joints. The pad for the Hot Tub was poured using 4,000 PSI Concrete with fiber to handle the weight of the Hot Tub. The surrounding yard was re-graded and planted with new grass seed and starter fertilizer. The work area was then strawed. Very nice finish look that adds a nice clean seating/cooking area that will also make a nice area for relaxing in the Hot Tub. |

| This is a Home Located in Yeagertown, in which we need to add a edge to the sidewalks to help keep water run-off out of the mulch beds and plantings. We used a Tumbled English Cobble Paver Conestoga Buff in Color. We hand dug a ditch and placed the pavers in place using rubber mallets. The pavers were then glued together using Hardscape Adhesive. Dirt was then placed back around the pavers. We then mulched up along the pavers. The tumbled English Cobble made a really nice economical border with the needed water stop to ensure no more wash outs in the mulch beds. |

| This is a Home Located in Yeagertown, in which we along with the customer designed a new Paver patio area with retaining wall steps. This project was a more involved project than most due to a major water problem starting above the patio area in the mountain. The water run-off from the mountain was running into our patio area. We ended up digging the hard pan clay base out of the paver area and hauling in large 4B limestone with drainage pipes. We also dug a drainage ditch around the entire end of the patio facing the mountain. We then placed drainage pipes in the ditch and backfilled it with 2b limestone to help catch and drain any water run-off below the surface. We then installed water, TV, and power up to a new outdoor box located inside the patio area. We then found the existing ties around the old playground area were rotten so we replaced alll the rotten ties with new 6" x 6" ACQ treated ties. We placed 2b limestone down ontop of the 4B limestone. We then placed a non-wooven heavy duty geo-textile cloth down on top of the 2B limestone and top coated that our sub-base material. We compacted the limestone in lifts. We then placed driveway drainage grates down at the lowest side of the patio to collect water run-off from the patio. We then laid the pavers. The pavers are from Hanson and are Conestoga Buff in Color. The pavers were laid in a Random four stone pattern with a matching color border course. We then used a Beige (tan) polymeric sand to fill in the paver joints. The square footage of the entire patio is around 1,350 square feet. We then installed new retaining wall steps up onto the patio. We then made a paver walkway from the existing concrete sidewalk into the home to the paver steps. The surrounding yard was re-graded and planted with new grass seed and starter fertilizer. The work area was then strawed. Very nice finish look that will evently have a new bar added with a roof that will have running water, power, and TV. This was a very large project that handled a water run-off problem and gave the customer a very nice clean seating/cooking area that will also make a nice area for relaxing at the wet bar in the future. |

| This is a Home Located in Yeagertown, in which we replaced old wooden railroad tie walls that were rotten. We also added steps in the rear retaining wall and a small concrete patio area located at the rear entrance of the home. The block we used were from Allan Block Earthen Blend in Color and were a matching color and style to an existing Allan Block wall around their pool. These walls brought safety back to the existing grades around the home. The customer will receive many many more years of service from these new walls and add a very attractive look to their home. The rear steps also added a new entrance area into the rear entrance patio of the home. The surrounding yard was re-graded with some new topsoil hauled in and planted with new grass seed and starter fertilizer. The work area was then strawed. Very nice finish look that will add to the beauty and general appearance of their home. |

| This is a Home Located in South Hills, Lewistown, in which we added a brick walkway from the existing driveway to the front entrance into the home. We used a runnerbond pattern when we laid the bricks down. We had to cut every brick on the turn to keep the same general joint spacing for the walkway. We then used a grey polymeric sand to sand in the joints. We then placed topsoil up against the walkway to get the finished grade up against the walkway. Very nice front entrance into the home that matches the home very nice. |

| This is a Home Located in Lewistown, in which we replaced concrete steps and a porch cement block wall. We dug out for a new retaining wall and patio. We installed a Retaining wall using Granite Swirl Rockwood 6 inch block and Stonehedge Double-sided straight faced block. We then installed two sets of matching retaining wall steps. We then laid a paver pation using Hanson Pavers Riverbed in color. We used a soldier(border) course of matching small rectangle pavers and laid the patio in a four stone random pattern. We then used Beige (tan) polymeric sand for the paver joints. Very nice look ti the rear yard now and added a more functional entrance from the side of the home and the rear of the home. We then added riverstone under the pool deck. The surrounding yard was re-graded with some new topsoil hauled in and planted with new grass seed and starter fertilizer. The work area was then strawed. Very nice finish look that will add to the beauty and general appearance of the rear portion of their home. |

| This is a Home Located in South Hills, Lewistown, in which we replaced some rotten old wooded railroad ties with new 8" Brandywine Classic Rockwood Blocks. With a matching cap. We then added matching paver bricks to the inside of the wall area using Glenn Gary Bricks. We laid the Bricks in a Herringbone pattern to match up to the existing patio area. This space we re-did gave the grill a nice area out of the way of the main patio area and also added more safer seating to the patio area. Very nice small job that added many more years of service to the patio area. |
| This is a Home Located in Middleburg. This was a very nice sized project that added a both a new/nice look to the rear yard and needed drainage/re-grading to the rear yard area. This project involved us using Allan Block Europa Style. These are a tumbled rough looking block that gives it a nice aged look. We used matching caps as well. The pavers we used were a tumbled English Cobble Paver to give the whole job a aged appearance. We then poured a concrete slab and added a working Fireplace using tumbled quarry stone. We added a side BBQ cooking box to the fireplace that is functional as well. We hauled out at least a hundred tons of fill dirt from the excavated area. We re-graded the rear yard and incorporated a swale to the sides of the work areas to help with drainage. The soil was mostly clay so we re-graded the area between the new wall and the existing concrete slab to get all the water run-off into a buried drainage pipe. We then top coated the area with Mixed sized river stone to help aid in the drainage of the stoned area. The pavers were not sanded in to leave us with a nice aged look between the tumbled pavers as well. The surrounding yard was re-graded with some new topsoil hauled in and planted with new grass seed and starter fertilizer. The work area was then strawed. Very nice finish look that will add to the beauty and general appearance of their home. This was a very nice job with a end result that transformed their rear yard into a relaxing place to sit and enjoy nature. | This is a Home Located in Reedsville. This was a very nice sized project that will be able to see from the photos. We removed a existing brick way way which we used later on in the project for edgers for a new walkway around the home to the electric hammers/chisels. This was a needed step to help add to the complete project of the new patio. We installed new pavers using Hanson pavers Stratford brand, Conestoga Buff in color. We used a four stone random pattern with double rectangle pavers used as the soldier (border) course. We used a Beige (tan) polymeric sand to sand the paver joints in. We incorporated a circle into the project at the front entrance in to the home. We had to cut the existing asphalt driveway to get the curved flow of the new paver patio. We then used the existing brick we removed from the walkway to create a border for the new walkway to the electric meter. We then used 24" log rounds as paver steppers in the walkway. We then placed a pea gravel inside the brick pavers around the log rounds. We then moved existing plants into place with the new patio and walkway. We then used the input from the home owners to get the needed plants for the work area. We placed the plants out in the new beds. We then used a geo-textile fabric for a weed barrier in the beds. We placed a soaker hose around all the plants to ensure they get proper water through-out their growing seasons. The soaker hoses were connected to the house using a automated timer system to control the watering for each hose. We then hauled in and placed Mixed sized riverstone into the beds. The final touch was to add Vista Low Voltage lighting to the entire patio area. These were a L.E.D. lights with a average bulb life of more than 14 years. The last few pictures were when it started getting dark and the lights came on to help illuminate the patio and the front of the home. The surrounding yard was re-graded with some new topsoil hauled in and planted with new grass seed and starter fertilizer. The work area was then strawed. Very nice finish look that will add to the beauty and general appearance of their home. This was a very nice job with a end result that transformed their Front yard into a relaxing place to sit and enjoy nature and the new plantings. | This is a Home Located in Maitland, in which we added a circle retaining wall to the front yard for a new lantern the customer purchased. We did a few walls last year for this customer and used the same cottage stone Brandywine colored Block and matching mini-caps for the new circle lantern area. In the rear yard we installed large 24" x 24" pavers to form a new walkway off the rear deck area. They were a brick inpression paver from Hanson, Natural in color. Very nice addition to the front yard and added a very nice simple walkway to the rear yard. We also added some new drain pipes to the down spouts and reconnected onto some existing ones to ensure they drained properly into their back yard. |
